Game Interruption

Uvita Play operates in a tropical area where occasional power interruptions may occur. If a power outage lasts less than 15 minutes, we will resume your session where possible. For longer outages, we will assess the circumstances and available booking time to determine the fairest solution, which may include extending your session, rescheduling, issuing a credit or providing a prorated refund for unused prepaid time. Any refund or credit will reflect the unused portion of your booking, and we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

Waivers and Liability

All players must complete and electronically sign Uvita Play’s waiver before participating. Anyone who does not sign will not be permitted to play, and no refund will be provided for the resulting inability to participate. All activities involve inherent risks, including injury and damage to personal property, and guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk. By signing, players acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety rules and staff instructions. To the extent permitted by Costa Rican law, guests accept responsibility for risks arising from their participation, and Uvita Play’s liability is limited accordingly. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete the required waiver and provide consent before participation.
